Raines v. J., DDS

ACK obtained judgment in favor of the defendant in the matter of Raines v. J., DDS. The case involved a dental malpractice action in which the plaintiff alleged that following a complex tooth extraction, she suffered an infection that required additional surgery. The Court found the plaintiff did not establish a breach of the standard of care that resulted in the claimed injuries.
