Brobeck v. ISE
This case was a product liability claim against Emerson Electric Company alleging that a hot water dispenser manufactured by Emerson Electric Company had a product defect that caused it to leak, resulting in property damage to the Plaintiff’s office space. After conducting discovery, during which time Defendant obtained sanctions against Plaintiff, Plaintiff dismissed the case with prejudice against Emerson Electric Company.
