Anderson, Coe & King has taken steps to help protect our employees, clients, and the public at large during the COVID-19 pandemic. Following recommendations for social distancing, ACK is moving to modified telework operations. Although we will implement our telework operations one week at a time, we anticipate our normal operations will be modified over the next few weeks. During that time, we expect that most of our attorneys will be operating remotely, except when travel or presence in the office is absolutely required. ACK has similarly implemented a telework schedule for our staff. Although we anticipate having a limited number of attorneys and staff in the office, their presence will be minimized as much as possible. In short, although we will be operating differently than normal, ACK's investment in technology will allow us to remain fully operational.
